Disney princess, feeling peevish  
her love interest is thievish  
what will Papa Sultan say?  
fairy tale will have its way

Have no fear, our dear Aladdin  
will transform from rascal, laddie  
to a bona fide prince  
just apply a wash and rinse

We could all use such a genie  
but the universe, the meanie  
or perhaps it is just wise  
doesn't grant us, and denies

no, the princess won't stay speechless  
and her desert is not beachless  
and her plotline does not fail  
since her life's a fairy tale
