the wolf's labored huffing and puffing  
(the canine, you see, wasn't bluffing)  
did blow his house down  
he got out of town  
decided t'was time for some roughing

the mud is his earthly salvation  
he dove in without hesitation  
now if he finds a sow  
he is ready to plow  
and live as befits his own station
