# Stitched

"This quilt" said the lonely giraffe  
"Is not really my kind of stuff  
love its flowery style  
but I've been here a while  
And I feel that it's quite enough"

An answer than came from the quilt  
"What EVER, I don't need this guilt  
you can have it your way  
I'm not making you stay  
I hope that you're getting my tilt"

At this the giraffe did depart  
It did, though it broke the quilt's heart  
but of course they were stitched  
ever since they've been hitched  
Thus cut out a hole in the art
