There once was a desperate caller  
No gentleman, nor a controller  
But try as he might  
He had no respite  
The list didn’t seem to get smaller

Then one day he scribbled a ditty  
‘Bit silly perhaps, not too witty  
He’s no longer bitter  
It’s trending on Twitter!  
And now he’s the toast of the city
