Still in pursuit of that self knowledge?  
Too bad. There is no online course,  
or book -- oh god, could those be worse?  
and no degree for it in college.  
Why are you so? You're what you are.  
No Zodiac or shooting star.  
Merely a bit of mom and dad,  
assembled by nucleic acid.  
Admit it. When, however tacit,  
that revelation has been had  
you can embrace life with its warts,  
pursue its pitfalls and rewards,  
and answer, just as the Creator,  
and his response, none better, greater,  
in poetry, it's called a slam.  
When asked, said: I am what I am.
