wings of an angel, the rest of him horse  
partial to griffins, chimeras and worse  
conceived in a likely unspeakable act  
history's silent, maintaining some tact

horses with wings -- has a certain allure  
best to consider, though, horse's manure  
think of a bird as it flies in the sky  
does make one worry, I cannot deny

flying around, he is trying his best  
but being a horse... fine, I'll give it a rest  
he's looking for work since the Gorgon's been slain  
Vegas is Pegasus current demesne
