As If

I put a sonnet on my Tinder.
A lark, but much to my delight
It didn't stymie, block or hinder
those that would swipe, and swipe me right!
Now I hook up with poetesses
(and some that have impressive asses)
I judge them strictly on their verse
and I'll confess: I've seen much worse.
This has been great for my libido
In fact, perhaps a bit too great --
which I did not anticipate --
but if this poet has a credo,
it is that love must conquer all.
and so I answer every call.
