fairy tale will have its way

will transform from rascal, laddie
to a bona fide prince
just apply a wash and rinse

We could all use such a genie
but the universe, the meanie
or perhaps it is just wise
doesn't grant us, and denies

no, the princess won't stay speechless
and her desert is not beachless
