Hate Cannes' beach in early July.
The flies spring out of the sand
buzzing around like noisy tourists.
Those of course bring their kids,
with the half-made sandcastles
and ankle breaking holes in the sand.

A rapper's rhymes seem so pedestrian
think rodeo -- not an equestrian
Who's she to complain
She has her own plane
While I'm like "hey hon, is that pastry on?"

The little ducklings, oh how cute
Must listen to their mom
Do not get lost, you better scoot
And when she calls, you come

They fall in line: “don’t fall behind!”
And follow mama duck
Each in the spot they are assigned
Once picked for it, you’re stuck

Each hopes to be the one

Each wants to be a swan

depiction of old Greece
would leverage James Woods
for such a juicy piece

Though he's no leading man
his bad guys are complex
this Hades needs to plan
JW fits the specs

Yes Woods was the best choice
I don't think I'm mistaken
Though many would rejoice
If it was Kevin Bacon

Exchanging electronic toys
that each could work remotely
their sex-life felt like it hardly lost a step

As restrictions eased
They did try for normal intimacy
But somehow it paled in comparison
to electronic pleasure

Soon they broke up

But kept the toys
